We are searching for a working student / intern, bachelor or masterands (m/f/d) during summer semester ’23 in the area of embedded software & electronics developement

Focusing on innovations in intelligent load management and reliable battery management systems have made BOS energy storage systems and batteries one of the most popular in the caravan and boat industry in Europe. At the same time, our off grid systems provide independence from the poor power grid, diesel gensets and other sources. This has enabled us to reach key markets in rural areas in Africa, Southeast Asia and Latin America with insufficient access to modern energy services.
Job description
- Embedded software development in C (STM32-μController)
- Development of electrical circuits(schematic and layout with EAGLE)
- Constructionand commissioning of prototypes
- Improvement of existing products
- Testing of prototypes and if interested quality management
Profile
- You are currently studying computer science/electrical engineering/mechatronics or similar
- Good knowledge of the programming language C
- Basic knowledge in hardware development and PCB design (ideally in EAGLE)
- Skilled in craftsmanship and building prototypes
- Interested in sustainable power supply and rural electrification
- Team and communication skills
- Experience with your own tinker and electronics projects
