Production employee (f/m/d)
For our production team in Ulm, we are looking for full-time support.
We are a german high-tech company based in Ulm Lehr and an innovative manufacturer and developer of energy storage technology. Focusing on innovations in intelligent load management and reliable battery management systems have made BOS energy storage systems and batteries one of the most popular in the caravan and boat industry in Europe. At the same time, our off grid systems provide independence from the poor power grid, diesel gensets and other sources. This has enabled us to reach key markets in rural areas in Africa, Southeast Asia and Latin America with insufficient access to modern energy services.
Job description
For a variety-packed and interesting working day
- Preparing work for daily operations
- Commissioning goods from stock
- Assembling everything from small components to large cabinets
- Assessing quality using a wide range of tests
- Testing a variety of printed circuit boards on automatic test benches
- Packing and mechanical palletising of goods
- Recording of product movements in the ERP system
- If necessary, transport to factory by van (within a radius of 15 to max. 100km)
Profile
In order to keep moving forward
- You have initial experience in working with an ERP system
- You have a good command of English and German in word and writing
- You are comfortable working with tools and machines
- You have a class B driving licence (BE would be beneficial)
- Some experience of electrical work is desirable but not essential
- You enjoy working independently and taking responsibility for your own work
- You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy working in a team
