Office manager (m/f/d)

We are a german high-tech company based in Neu-Ulm and an innovative manufacturer and developer of energy storage technology. Focusing on innovations in intelligent load management and reliable battery management systems have made BOS energy storage systems and batteries one of the most popular in the caravan and boat industry in Europe. At the same time, our off grid systems provide independence from the poor power grid, diesel gensets and other sources. This has enabled us to reach key markets in rural areas in Africa, Southeast Asia and Latin America with insufficient access to modern energy services.

Job description

  • Independently review and processing all incoming invoices, credit memos and invoice corrections.
  • Processing travel expense/credit card statements
  • Monitoring invoices in circulation
  • Preparation of timely execution of payment runs
  • Processing of reminders and communication with suppliers
  • Coordination of overarching accounts payable issues with other departments
  • supporting the human resources department
  • Supervision of the telephone switchboard and preparation for in-house visits
  • General office task


  • Successfully completed commercial training or comparable degrees
  • Relevant professional experience, ideally in an industrial company
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office, experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Microsoft 365 advantageous
  • Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of DATEV advantageous
  • High degree of initiative, hands-on mentality and ability to work in a team
